EPI Fund is a cash buyer of Notes secured by Real Estate anywhere in the United States. The Notes may be in a first or second position secured by fee simple real estate. EPI Fund is also a cash buyer for Lender REO throughout the US, including Hawaii. All Paper (Notes) and/or Real Property can be acquired individually or in bulk. Our format is to close all acquisitions within 15-30 days of securing written agreements between the principal and EPI Fund, subject to final due diligence.
