Executive Private Investment Funding Co., LLCEPI Fund Buys Mortgage Backed Paper Secured by Real Estate EPI Fund is a cash buyer of notes (paper) evidenced by Deeds of Trust or Mortgages secured by real estate anywhere in the United States. The notes may be in 1st or 2nd position against the securing property and may also be in the form of a Wrap, Agreement for Sale, or Land Contract (depending on the State of origin). EPI Fund can acquire individual notes or can acquire a bulk note package from any holder, whether privately held or institutionally held. Upon receiving your completed data form submittal, EPI Fund will provide you… the holder and seller of the note… a written proposal to purchase your full note, or, should you desire an alternative option, a portion thereof. An offer shall be tendered to you within 1-3 business days. Once EPI Fund has entered into a final purchase and sale agreement for your note, closing will be set for approximately three weeks hence, subject to final due diligence during the escrow period by EPI Fund.
