EPI Fund Buys Residential & Commercial Real Estate

EPI Fund is a cash buyer of fee simple Real Estate anywhere in the United States. In order for EPI Fund to proceed with an "Offer to Purchase" on your property, you must provide as much detailed information on your property as you can. We anticipate that, depending on the location of your property, it will take EPI Fund 1 to 7 days to complete its initial due diligence in order to determine our interest in acquiring such property.

In order for EPI Fund to proceed, you must be able to demonstrate the following requisites:

  • Fee simple ownership interest in the real property;
  • Clear Title (allowing for normal mortgage liens and easements of record);
  • In the example of Commercial or Industrial property:
    • Clear Environmental Hazard Study Report (Phase I);
    • Requisite Operating Permits from local governing authorities;
