Our data is intended to be displayed as close to real time as possible: by design, this means that the data will posted the day it first becomes available to the public through local county on-line data sources.  Thus, if our Members desire to maximize their income opportunities and work the foreclosure list, they will want to act on the data the actual day the data is first provided.  Note that the posted Notice of Default data will never be posted real time by the respective County Recorders Office: they will always be several calendar days behind.  However, the data posted on EPI Fund will be as real time as you could produce for yourself.  Therefore, by posting it for our [FREE to Join] Referring Network Members, you save a tremendous amount of time and expense.  And we are happy to do so.
