Funding

Funding Options: you must have vested title in the property you seek funding on.

Sellers

Seller: if you are the title holder (or have a deeded interest) in real property and you desire to liquidate your interest in such real property in the near future.

Investors

Investor: you will have access to all EPI Fund wholesale investment inventory. You may also register for other EPI Fund investment opportunities.

Referrals

Referring Member: you will instantly become a member of EPI Fund's Network of Referring Participant's and be eligible to receive referral rewards.
